AN OCTOGENARIAN DIES OF OLD AGE AT THE HOSPITAL Mrs. Sarah E. Helmick, aged 84, widow of Amos C. Helmick, died in Bethesda hospital at 3:15 o'clock Friday morning, following an illness from infirmities. Mrs. Helmick was born and reared in Morgan county, but for the past twenty years had been a well known and highly respected resident of this city. She was a member of Grace M. E. church. Her husband, Amos, died last October. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Charles Chappelear, Mrs. W. S. Gregg and Mrs. Charles Axline, all of this city and three grandchildren, Dana and Raymond Chappelear of Portsmouth and Earl Gregg of this city. The body was removed to the late home at Belknap street and Ridge avenue. Funeral services will be conducted at the home at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon with Rev. Wood of Grace church officiating. Burial in Greenwood cemetery.
